If you're trying to get healthier, you need to stick with a plan for awhile (longer than I usually do) before you see results.
Some people do well by doing what they're told, but I do not.
Good news: You don't need to stick with one thing for a long time, as directed, to make a planner work for you.
You can change things up, experiment, and adapt-on-the-fly.
AND you'll see results faster if you do!
If you want some fast payoff you will notice, start with a planner, not a diet.
If you pick a diet later, the planner habit will help you there, too, but your diet won't help your planner.
